This problem happened is because that you change your setting from Test Mode to Production mode before you make the AK5 for UK coin setting correctly first.
There are 2 options to fix your problem.
1 Set up your AK5 for UK coin first, then you can connect it to the PC and then drop the coins to unlock your PC.
2. If 1. does not work or still have problem, then reboot your PC into Windows Safe mode by hold the F8 when you see the windows starting. Go to the directory where your Weavefuture Coin Op Internet Cafe Kiosk Game is installed, delete the all files under the installed directory manually. reboot the PC.reinstall the software and then uninstall it then install it again without reboot your PC. Now You are in Test Mode (default when you first install the software), you will be able to move your mouse and test the Coin Acceptor AK5. When everything OK then change it from Test Mode to production mode.
